Information is never used for marketing by outside companies, and it is never sold.

How We Store and Protect Information

We store information using reputable business tools and platforms, with access limited to authorized personnel. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Login credentials or similarly sensitive details are kept only as long as needed to complete the related work, then deleted or removed upon request.

Remote Access

When remote support is provided, we use reputable, industry-standard remote access software. The specific tool may vary depending on your situation or change over time. Remote access is only used with your knowledge and consent, only for the duration of your session, and is never left running afterward without your awareness.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use analytics tools to understand general traffic and usage. These tools may use cookies or similar technology, but don't collect personally identifying details beyond what your browser already shares. You can limit this through your browser's privacy settings or extensions.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service provided, or to meet basic accounting and legal recordkeeping needs, after which it's deleted.

Your Choices

You can reach out any time to ask what information we have on file, request a correction, or request deletion, aside from basic records we may need to keep for accounting or legal purposes.

This policy may be updated as our business evolves. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.

Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of peasytech.com and any tech support services provided by P-Easy Tech Help, a sole proprietorship operated by Paul Miller. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide in-home and remote tech support, which may include help with computers, phones, networking and Wi-Fi, TVs and streaming equipment, printers, email, and related everyday technology. All services are by appointment only.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance directly with us. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future availability for scheduling.

Pricing and Payment

Our fees are based on our current hourly rate, which we'll share with you in advance and which may change over time. Discounts may be available at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of service unless we've agreed otherwise. We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash and third-party payment platforms, as available at the time of service.

Diagnostic and Repair Work

Tech issues can be unpredictable, and some problems can't be fully diagnosed without hands-on work. Because of this, time spent diagnosing, troubleshooting, or attempting a repair is billable whether or not the issue ends up being fully resolved. We'll always do our best to communicate honestly if something doesn't look likely to be fixed.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We'll do our best work using current, reliable practices, but we can't guarantee that every issue will be resolved, especially when it involves hardware failure, manufacturer defects, third-party software or services, or pre-existing issues with your equipment.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the issue and your device, and to provide any access or credentials reasonably needed for us to complete the work. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of important data, especially before any higher-risk service.

Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for data loss, hardware failure, or other damage that isn't a direct result of our negligence while performing a service. We're also not responsible for the ongoing performance of any third-party hardware, software, internet service, or account that we simply recommended, installed, or configured.

Remote Access Authorization

By requesting remote support, you authorize us to establish a temporary remote connection to your device using our current remote access software, solely to perform the requested service.

Minors and Shared Devices

We may occasionally help with a household's shared devices or a minor's device, always under the direction of, and in the presence of, a responsible adult.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means the current terms apply.
